Scalper System Sales Agreement

The undersigned client, is purchasing access to the Scalper TRADING SYSTEM which is referred to herein as “system” or and that system covers the Financial Instrument chosen by the system. Your order will be processed when you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT:
Not withstanding any other communications between TRADING ALLIANCE and it's customers and prospects to the contrary, receipt or use of any materials provided by TRADING ALLIANCE, at any time, distributed via any method, represents acknowledgement by such persons of this disclaimer and agreement with it's terms and conditions.

EXPLANATION OF PRODUCT / CHARGES

The client agrees that he/she has purchased a product. Client agrees that he/she has had an opportunity to evaluate product and is satisfied that product is appropriate for his/her requirements. The product is defined as: a trading System, access to the proposed trades produced by the “Scalper” TRADING SYSTEM, access to Trader Support, access to www.tradingalliance.com, and all educational material offered by TRADING ALLIANCE on-line.

The initial license fee is $1,345.00 that includes first month of monthly connection fees. After first month there is a monthly subscription/connection fee of $199.00 is due and payable on each and every month of client use.
This subscription fee is billed separately and must be paid on or before the tenth (10) day of each month.
